Publication and Indexing:

After two blind review process, formal notification will be mailed to authors. After successful registration and presentation, papers can be published in WSES IEEE conference proceedings, indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus etc main digital base.


Submission Methods:

Option 1. ABSTRACTS (Presentation Only)

All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be included in the conference program only, provided at the conference.

Option 2. Full Paper (Presentation and Paper Publication)

All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.

Call for Special Session:

WSES 2026 proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Submissions special session proposals should be e-mailed to [email protected] before April 30, 2026.

Proposals should include the following information:

1. Special session title and brief introduction;

2. General information of organizers (mail address of main contact person, biodata)

3. Potential participants.
