St Clare Hospice Palliative Care Conference on September 14, 2022 in Sawbridgeworth, United Kingdom

We are delighted to announce that booking has now opened for the first St Clare Palliative Care Conference. Early bird tickets are on sale at £95 and full price tickets will be priced at £120 after 30th June.

The face to face conference is taking place on 14th September and being held at the Manor of Groves in Sawbridgeworth.

We have secured an excellent panel of speakers including:

• Dr Libby Sallnow - The main author of The Lancet Commission report on the Value of Death. Plenary talk: Implications of the Lancet Commission report into the Value of Death: compassionate communities, end of life care and hospices

• Professor Julia Riley - a consultant in Palliative Medicine. Plenary talk: Working together across health, social care and urgent care, with the patient at the centre to achieve good end of life care

• Dr Sarah Russell – The co-author of The Lancet Commission report on the Value of Death. Plenary talk: Working together to achieve good end of life care: Care Homes

• Dr Eva Lew – Consultant in Palliative Medicine at Farleigh Hospice. Plenary talk: Working together to achieve good end of life care: Dying at home (community care)
