Southern African HIV Clinicians Society Conference on November 08-10, 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa

SAHCS promotes evidence-based HIV management, supports, and strengthens the capacity of members to deliver high quality HIV prevention, care, and treatment services. South African healthcare workers work under difficult conditions, are overworked, have limited resources, yet they shoulder the biggest HIV treatment program in the world. SAHCS Conference is a platform for colleagues across the country to sharpen their skills, knowledge in HIV management. The conference is also a platform for scientists, researchers, policy makers, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to share knowledge and learn from one another.

As the SAHCS plans to host a multitude of delegates in 6th SAHCS who are mostly in the coal face of HIV management, we call upon partners in the private sector to help this conference to be a success. This conference will present new data, reflect on our achievements in the fight against HIV, look a scientific progress; examine biomedical, psychosocial and policy interventions needed to achieve a goal to end AIDS.

We would like you to join us on a path to victory against HIV/AIDS. Together, we need to form partnerships and fast track the global target of ending AIDS by 2030. Achieving HIV free generation, preventing newborns from being infected with HIV, preventing young girls from being infected with HIV is not optional, it is key in attaining a prosperous and healthy South Africa.
