Semiconductor and Integrated Opto-Electronics on April 04-06, 2023 in Cardiff, United Kingdom

SIOE aims to provide an informal atmosphere for the discussion of research in

semiconductor opto-electronics. Taking place at Cardiff University from the 4th

to 6th of April 2023, with the conference dinner will take place a Cardiff Castle

on the 5th of April.

Contributions are invited on the following topics:

• Mid-infra-red semiconductor opto-electronics

• Micro-cavity and photonic band-gap effects

• GaN based materials and devices

• Theory and numerical simulation of semiconductor optoelectronics
