SEDEC Security - Defence - Conference - Expo on May 07-09, 2024 in Ankara, Turkey

SEDEC is an active and effective organization that brings together all international and national players in the areas of Homeland Security, Border Security, Internal Security and Supply Chain of Defense Subsystems within exhibition, conference, and bilateral business meetings. It is an effective platform that provides Defense Industry Agency, General Directorate of Security, Land, Air, Naval Forces and Gendarmerie to have a direct contact with producers as well as establishing supply chain links between large platform manufacturers and the SMEs. The event is aimed at bringing foreign genuine parts producers within the scope of previously planned bilateral business meetings with SMEs and main industrial companies of the International Security and Defense Industry, 1st and 2nd level suppliers. SEDEC in an biannual event and 4th edition will be held between 7 - 9 May 2024

First edition was organized between 3-5 July 2018 with support of the Defense Industry Agency (SSB) and Defense and Aerospace Industry Exporters' Association (SSI). Purchasing delegations, government institutions, police, land/air/naval forces, gendarmerie from 39 countries visited the expo. During the event were organized 4.200 B2B/B2G, which were joined by 450 procurement people from Turkiye and all over the world. Second edition was realized online due to Covid19 in a secure web environment, high level officials and procurement officials from 24 countries realized 700 B2B/B2G. Third edition was realized between 28 - 30 June 2022 with the Support of the Defense Industry Agency (SSB) , Defense and Aerospace Industry Exporters' Association (SSI) and with the strategic partnership of SaSaD. Purchasing delegations, government institutions, police, land/air/naval forces, gendarmerie from 51 countries visited the event. During the event were organized 5800 B2B/B2G meetings.In addition, on the first day conference held on issues of homeland security, border security, space, internal security and the supply chain of defence sector.
