Perspectives of Foreign Language Teaching for Professional Communication in Tertiary Education on March 28, 2025 in Bratislava, Slovakia

The aim of the conference is to present and promote dissemination of the latest trends, experience and research outcomes in teaching foreign languages for professional communication in tertiary education. Presentation of a wide range of research in foreign language teaching will contribute to the effectiveness of different approaches to teaching professional communication in foreign languages. Cooperation among academics, practitioners and researchers will facilitate the implementation of innovative methods in education. These include computational, information and communication technologies offering flexibility, which leads to faster data processing and designing of study materials. The conference will also focus on strategies designed to enhance autonomous learning, communication competence, specialist and academic lexical competence in intercultural and interdisciplinary contexts.

Conference section for doctoral students: Practical application of academic skills principles in a foreign language. Contributions by students focused on a specific area of research in their field of study.
