Dear colleagues, We warmly welcome you to the three-country conference under the motto "Nutritional medicine 2025: where are we headed?". The congress will take place from May 22 to 24, 2025 in St. Gallen and is organized jointly by GESKES (Swiss Society for Nutritional Medicine and Metabolism) and SVDE (Swiss Association of Nutritionists) with the support of AKE (Clinical Nutrition Working Group, Austria) and DGEM (German Society for Nutritional Medicine). Our knowledge of nutritional medicine has developed significantly in recent years and we now understand better which nutritional strategy brings the greatest benefit to which patient. That is why we would like to discuss with you the most important scientific findings and the practical aspects of nutrition derived from them. We have put together an exciting scientific program with lectures, symposia and case discussions with well-known experts. We have also planned a new international session with speakers from England and the USA. Your active participation is a basic requirement for the success of our congress and we would therefore like to invite you to discuss these exciting topics with us in St. Gallen.
