1. The accepted and presented papers of the 2024 6th International Conference on Smart Power & Internet Energy Systems (SPIES 2024) will be archived into IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, INSPEC, Thomson Reuters’ Web of Science, and others.Some excellent papers will be recommended to IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications (Impact Factor 3.654). Invited authors need to submit an extended version of the conference paper.

2. SPIES 2024 is sponsored by Khalifa University, UAE. And it is also technically supported by University of Vaasa, University of Technology of Belfort-Montbéliard, Chiang Mai Unversity, Universite de Bretagne Occidentable, University of Nottingham and Auckland University of Technology.

3. Prof. Nikolaos Hatziargyriou from National Technical University of Athens, Greece and Prof. Akshay Kumar Rathore from Singapore Institue of Technology, Singapore will be the keynote speakers.

4. Prof. Ahmed Al Durra from Khalifa University, UAE is the General Chair of SPIES 2024. Prof. Mohamed El Moursi from Khalifa University, UAE is the General Co-Chair of SPIES 2024.

SPIES history:

SPIES 2019 was Technically Supported by Prince of Songkla University, Changmai University, Universiti Tenaga Nasional, University of Malaya, Tsinghua University and Curtin University. SPIES 2019 papers have been presented in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) (ISSN: 1755-1315), which have been indexed in EI compendex and Scopus.

SPIES 2020 was Technically Supported by Prince of Songkla University, Changmai Unversity, Universiti Tenaga Nasional, University of Malaya,Tsinghua University, KITAMI Institute of Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, Universite de Bretagne Occidentable and Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. SPIES 2020 was held successfully during September 15-18, 2020.

SPIES 2021 was held successfully during September 25-28, 2021.SPIES 2021 is hosted by Shanghai University of Electric Power, and Technically Supported by IEEE Industry Applications Society, South Asia Institute of Science and Engineering, KITAMI Institute of Technology, King Mongkut‘s University of Technology North Bangkok, University of Western Brittany, Federation University and Curtin University.
