Prospective authors are invited to submit original research papers which have not been submitted or published by other conferences or journals. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and the accepted papers will be published into the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing.

Accepted papers with proper registration and presentation will be published in journals of Scientific.Net collection. Your paper will be sent for indexing by Scopus, Inspec, Chemical Abstracts Service, Google Scholar etc.

Submission Methods:

Option 1. ABSTRACTS (Presentation Only)

All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be included in the conference program only, provided at the conference.

Option 2. Full Paper (Presentation and Paper Publication)

All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.

Call for Special Session:

ICNNN proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Submissions special session proposals should be e-mailed to [email protected] before July 20, 2026. Proposals should include the following information:1. Special session title and brief introduction; 2. General information of organizers (mail address of main contact person, biodata)3. Potential participants.
