Computing Intelligence and Communication Networks are becoming the core enablers of next-generation cyber-physical infrastructures, intelligent services, and large-scale networked systems. The International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Ubiquitous Communications (ICUC 2026) aims to provide a premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders to present and discuss the latest advances in machine intelligence, intelligent computing architectures, communication networks, and integrated intelligent communication systems.

The International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Ubiquitous Communications (ICUC 2026) will be held on 21-24, August 2026 at Shenyang, China. ICUC 2026 welcomes original, unpublished research contributions that advance the theory and practice of computing intelligence and modern communication networks, including methodological innovations, system designs, experimental studies, and real-world applications.

Papers need to be prepared according to the IEEE format, and submitted in PDF format via the ICUC 2026 submission site:

Accepted and presented papers will be included in the IEEE Conference Proceedings published by IEEE CS Press (indexed by EI). At least one author of accepted papers MUST register and present their work at the conference; otherwise, their papers will be removed from the digital libraries of IEEE CS and EI after the conference. Authors of 50% papers will be invited to submit their paper to a special issue in a SCI-indexed journal. Information about these journal special issues are available on the website.
