Conference Introduction

The 4th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Next Generation Networks (ICNGN 2025) will be held in Singapore from December 12-14, 2025. Over the past three years, ICNGN has achieved significant success. Inaugural ICNGN was held in Hangzhou, China, on December 14-15, 2022, laying a solid foundation. Following its momentum, ICNGN 2023 was supported by IEEE and successfully held in Hangzhou, China on November 17-18, 2023, writing a new chapter in academic exploration. ICNGN 2024 was sponsored by IEEE Communications Society and took place in Bangkok, Thailand, from November 23-25, 2024, bringing together researchers and industry experts from around the world to advance the field.

ICNGN 2025 will continue to build on this success, further promoting cutting-edge research and interdisciplinary collaboration in intelligent computing and next-generation networks. This conference is not only a high-level academic exchange platform but also a valuable opportunity for researchers, professionals, students, industry practitioners, and entrepreneurs worldwide to share the latest research progress, explore industry trends, and drive innovation.

Paper Publication

All accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in major databases such as EI and Scopus.
