Submissions will be reviewed by at least two conference technical committees or international reviewers, and accepted papers of INCC2025 will be published in a volume of IET Conference Proceedings, which will be included in the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore, then indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

Selected papers from INCC 2025 could be recommended to journal after being extended with at least 35% new content. Engineering Reports (Online ISSN:2577-8196) is an international, open-access journal that welcomes scientifically and technically valid articles from all areas of engineering and computer science. Engineering Reports is currently indexed in: COMPENDEX (Elsevier), INSPEC (IET), Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), etc.

Call for Special Sessions:

We particularly welcome sessions related to the main focus of INCC 2025 that is the use of Information Network and Computer Communications for remote presence. Proposing sessions on other cross-disciplinary research is highly encouraged as well.

Each special session will consist of 8-9 oral presentations. The special session proposal should contain the following information:

1-A title for the special session, the names and contact information of the organizers;

2-A brief description of the session (up to one page);

3-Brief biographies of the session organizer(s) and their contact information;

4-(8-9) tentative papers with title, authors and short abstract.

Paper/Abstract Submission:

1. Submitted papers should be prepared according to the paper template

2. The submitted paper is requested to be written in English completely.

3. Abstract or full paper can be submitted. full paper should be with at least 5 pages and no more than 8 pages.
