The manuscripts will undergo the normal peer-review process and it is expected that the accepted papers will be published by International Journal of Structural and Civil Engineering Research (IJSCER)(ISSN: 2319-6009) or conference proceedings which can be indexed by EI, SCOPUS, etc .

Submission Methods

Option 1. ABSTRACTS (Presentation Only)

All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be included in the conference program only, provided at the conference.

Option 2. Full Paper (Presentation and Paper Publication)

All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.

Call for Special Session:

ICCBM proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Submissions special session proposals should be e-mailed to [email protected] before November 30, 2026. Proposals should include the following information:1. Special session title and brief introduction; 2. General information of organizers (mail address of main contact person, biodata) 3. Potential participants.
