Submission Guidelines

1. Full Paper Submission (Oral Presentation & Publication): Authors are required to submit a complete paper. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings after peer review.

2. Oral Presentation Only: Only an abstract submission is required.

Submission Requirements:

The official language of the conference is English. All papers must be written and presented in English.

Full papers should include figures/tables and references, with a length of 4–5 pages. An additional page charge will apply starting from the sixth page.

Publication:

Each accepted paper must register and present at the conference. No-show papers will be excluded from the final proceedings. Presented full papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Final indexing by Ei Compendex / Scopus is independently determined.

Mandatory Requirement:

1. At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the conference and deliver a presentation.

2. No-show papers will be excluded.

3. All submitted articles should report original, not AI-generating research, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

Journal Publication:

Selected papers will be recommended to the following journal after successful registration and proper extension, please kindly indicate your preference when you submit.
