Submission Guidelines Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished work in the areas outlined in the Call for Papers. All submissions will be subject to a double-blind peer-review process based on their relevance, originality, technical merit, and clarity. In a double-blind review, the identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers, and the identities of the reviewers are concealed from the authors. This ensures an unbiased evaluation of the submitted work.

Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your submission:

Paper Format:

All papers must be written in English and formatted in the standard International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Management (ICAEM 2025) two-column conference format. You can find International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Management (ICAEM 2025) conference paper templates in both LaTeX and Microsoft Word formats on the International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Management (ICAEM 2025) website or through online search.

Ensure that your paper uses Times New Roman font with a 10-point font size for the main text.

Paper Length:

Full paper submissions should be up to 6 pages in length, including figures, tables, and references. Papers exceeding this limit may be rejected without review.

Abstract-only submissions (if allowed by the conference) should adhere to a maximum length of 300 words.

Originality and Plagiarism:

Submitted manuscripts must represent original work that has not been previously published, is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and does not infringe upon any existing copyright.

By submitting your paper, you attest to the originality of the work. The organizing committee reserves the right to use plagiarism detection software to screen submissions. Papers found to contain significant plagiarized content will be rejected.

File Format:

The submitted file must be in Portable Document Format (PDF). Ensure that the PDF file is properly generated and that all fonts are embedded. The file size should not exceed 10 MB.

Author Information:

For the initial submission (for review), please ensure that the manuscript is anonymized and does not contain any identifying information such as author names, affiliations, or acknowledgments within the main body of the paper. This is to facilitate the double-blind review process.

Author names, affiliations, and contact information should only be included during the camera-ready submission stage if the paper is accepted. You might be asked to provide this information separately in the submission system.

Abstract and Keywords:

Each full paper submission must include a concise abstract of no more than 250 words. The abstract should clearly state the problem addressed, the methodology used, the main results, and the conclusions of the work.

Please provide a list of 5 keywords that accurately represent the content of your paper.

Figures and Tables:

All figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and placed within the text near where they are first referenced.

Ensure that all figures are of high quality and clearly legible. Use appropriate captions for figures and titles for tables.

Avoid using excessive colors in figures unless necessary for conveying information.

References:

All references must be cited within the text using the International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Management (ICAEM 2025) citation style.

A complete list of references should be provided at the end of the paper, following the International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Management (ICAEM 2025) format. You can find examples of the International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Management (ICAEM 2025) reference style in International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Management (ICAEM 2025) publications and templates.

Copyright:

Authors of accepted papers will be required to sign an International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Management (ICAEM 2025) copyright form, granting permission to the conference organizers to publish their work in the conference proceedings.

Ethical Considerations:

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research adheres to the highest ethical standards. This includes proper attribution of sources, avoidance of fabrication or falsification of data, and adherence to guidelines for research involving human or animal subjects (if applicable to your research areas).

Review Process:

Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Each paper will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Reviewers will assess the paper's technical merit, originality, significance, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference scope. The feedback from the reviewers will be used by the Technical Program Committee to make decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of papers.

Camera-Ready Submission:

Authors of accepted papers will receive notification along with reviewer feedback. They will be required to revise their manuscripts based on the feedback and submit a camera-ready version by April 27, 2025 & April 28, 2025

Specific instructions for preparing the camera-ready paper, including adding author information, will be provided at the time of acceptance.

By submitting a paper to the International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Management (ICAEM 2025), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these submission guidelines.
