InsurTech Spring Conference on March 29-30, 2023 in New York, United States

InsurTech Spring Conference on March 29-30, 2023 in New York, United States

The insurance industry is inherently collaborative. Carriers, brokers, and risk managers must find ways to share data about assets, risks, and claims to preserve a stable value chain. InsurTechs introduce an entirely new form of collaboration in the industry. InsurTech distributors need risk capacity partners to exist. InsurTech enablers need carriers and brokers to shape and purchase their platforms.

This conference will bring together traditional insurers and InsurTechs to discuss what is necessary to build better collaboration across the value chain. Presentations will be divided into two tracks: (1) Property and Casualty and (2) Life and Health. Integrated into the event is the largest InsurTech competition on the East Coast. Top startups from a pool of 100+ applicants will pitch in front of investors.

Attendance is expected at 1,000 attendees with a mix of insurers, brokers, InsurTechs, and investors. More than 100 speakers will be presenting or hosting panels including:

- Mike Goldman, President of NFP

- Erik Matson, CEO of Transverse Insurance

- John Ferraro, Chief Actuary of Tokio Marine

- Tom Van Den Brulle, Global Head of Innovation at Munich Re

- Sastry Durvasula, Chief Information and Client Services Officer of TIAA

- Steve Bernardez, Partner at Avanta Ventures (a CSAA company)

- Jason Gross, Vice President - Head of Platform at Manchester Story

The event will be held at Pier 60 on the Hudson River with sweeping waterfront views, vaulted ceilings, and an open expo and networking space.
