Hydraulic Fracturing Innovation Symposium at Energy Forum (ECF-FRACX) October 22, 2026 - Shanghai, China

ECF FracX 2026: Hydraulic Fracturing Innovation Symposium will be held in Shanghai on October 22, 2026, as a featured technical event of Energy China Forum 2026 — the 16th Asia-Pacific Unconventional Energy Conference.ECF FracX is a field-results-focused symposium rather than a general review of fracturing technologies. It will examine how engineering design, equipment, materials, monitoring systems, digital technologies and operational practices can improve treatment reliability, production performance and field economics. As unconventional oil and gas development moves toward low-permeability, deep and complex reservoirs, operators increasingly assess fracturing technologies through measurable outcomes. These include stage completion efficiency, operating cycle, non-productive time, treatment reliability, well integrity, production improvement and cost control. The symposium will connect oil and gas operators, fracturing service companies, equipment manufacturers, completion and downhole tool suppliers, proppant and chemical companies, monitoring providers, digital technology companies, universities and research institutions. The programme will focus on four connected areas: fracturing performance and field economics; intelligent and automated fracturing; equipment, materials and completion systems; and diagnostics, production evaluation and repeatable field results.A distinctive feature of ECF FracX is its emphasis on field evidence. Priority will be given to technical presentations and case studies supported by operating data, measurable efficiency improvements, production results, economic indicators or repeatable deployment across multiple wells or fields.Participation opportunities include keynote and technical presentations, field case studies, technical papers, equipment and technology demonstrations, product showcases, joint technical sessions, sponsorship and corporate partnerships.
