The IX Global Conference on Near Space Industrialization is a unique international scientific and practical platform dedicated to the development of the global geocosmic program uSpace.


The Conference brings together leading scientists, engineers, researchers, industry representatives, and policymakers to discuss the implementation of the space-oriented vector of human civilization development aimed at ensuring sustainable progress on Earth through the industrialization of near space.


Conference Sections:

• Geocosmic and geotechnical sciences, technologies, materials, and resources;

• Energy and information geocosmic sciences, technologies, materials, and resources;

• Ecological and biological aspects of closed-loop biosphere-type ecosystems on Earth and in space;

• Social, legal, political, and financial aspects of human civilization development on Earth and in space.


📄 Scientific papers and abstracts are accepted in Russian and English.


The Conference is organized for the ninth time and welcomes participation from the international scientific and engineering community.

 By August 15, 2026 – Registration of authors for in-person participation in the conference;

 September 11–12, 2026 – Conference dates.
