Bird Wise East Kent have teamed up with the Plover Rovers to bring you the 2022 Mitigation Meet Up. We have an exciting, packed programme set out for you to enjoy and get the most information possible from the conference so that you can have a more effective community engagement presence. We have a balanced mix of social science and practical based speakers at your disposal to really get the most out of the day.


We are also providing hot lunches and drinks throughout the day to keep you replenished. You'll also get a printed programme for the day and some Bird Wise stationary.

Bird Wise East Kent is a partnership of local authorities and conservation organisations, working together to mitigate disturbance to birds that winter in East Kent. Bird Wise aims to ensure people can enjoy the coast without disturbing the birds that fly here from as far as the Arctic.
