Childcare Business & Leadership Summit on June 20-21, 2024 in Fernley, United States

The child care industry often grapple with scarcity mindsets in crucial areas like time, money, and resources. Our Summit will guide participants to overcome these limiting beliefs and elevate their thought patterns in these key categories, fostering a positive impact on their child care and education programs. Our goal is to help leaders understand why quality care and education are vital for our nations future and how to overcome the scarcity thinking that leads to poor employee performance, lack of enrollment, burnout, and diminished community relationships. Our Summit will be approved for 12 Nevada Registry training hours. Topics will include, but not limited to:

 Understanding Scarcity Mindset and how it trickles to staff and children.

Time management mastery regardless of life circumstance (time scarcity)

This year, the summit will be held in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, Nevada. South Lake is conveniently located within an hours drive of the Reno/ Tahoe international airport. There are several shuttle services available to provide transportation to the Tahoe area.
