Cereals & Europe Spring Meeting on April 10-12, 2024 in Zagreb, Croatia

We would like to welcome you to the 8th Cereals & Europe Spring Meeting 2024. The meeting will be held in beautiful Zagreb, Croatia, from 10 to 12 April 2024. Zagreb is an old Central European city that is tailor-made for everyone.

Today we face many challenges, from climate change to the grain supply chain, technological development and consumer demand. We realise more than before that cereal food safety, healthiness and security are extremely important to feed the future population and supports its healthiness. In these challenging times, the Cereals & Grain Association (formerly AACC International) continues to advance cereal science and bakery technology by providing the latest research, trends and perspectives from around the world/Europe. At meetings such as this, we continue to bring together industry and academic experts from a variety of fields to stay abreast of the latest developments in the exciting world of cereals.

We have several topics planned for this meeting, including agronomic and climatic aspects of cereal systems, nutrition and health, quality, safety and consumer perception of cereal products, innovation and adding value to the cereal chain.
