The topics to be covered include diastology, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy and heart failure, application of TEE in clinical practice, and use of complementary multi-modality imaging in clinical decision making. Afternoon workshops will allow for interactive case-based sessions on valvular heart disease, hemodynamics, diastology, cardiomyopathy, and 3-D echo with a focus on integrating various imaging modalities to provide the highest quality of patient care.
